Rarely do we have time to drive to a meeting to discuss emotions and gain strength. Pick up the phone and take an hour to connect, laugh, cry and hold space for being present. Join us for one or all of the dates and times listed.
"I See U" Experience
Imagine a room of 25 canvases, food and like-minded souls looking to unwind. Create a masterpiece while being encouraged from a speaker over a meal. This is done every other month on a Saturday. The goal is to release what is, find your reset and explore what is to come.
